As General Secretary, Sabal Dahal is the operational backbone of Nepal China Academy — coordinating meetings, managing communications, and ensuring that the organization’s ambitious program calendar runs with precision and purpose.
The Organizer Behind the Mission
Mr. Dahal holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Sichuan University and Master’s in Business Administration from Pokhara University and brings 7 years of experience in non-profit management of Nepal China Academy. His organizational acumen and deep familiarity with both Nepali and Chinese institutional protocols have streamlined the Academy’s operations significantly since his appointment.
In any given week, Dahal might be drafting correspondence with the Chinese Embassy, coordinating logistics for a visiting delegation from China, preparing minutes for an Executive Committee session, and fielding membership inquiries — often all before lunch. His colleagues describe him as the person who transforms the Academy’s grand vision into actionable timelines and deliverable results.
Every program we run, every delegation we host, every student we send abroad — none of it happens without meticulous coordination. My job is to make sure the machinery of friendship runs smoothly.
